Last weekend

Last Saturday, went to KL (yes again) for food, shop & movie.

Went to this Japanese restaurant at Sg Wang. Okay, its quite complicated to get there. At the highest floor of Sg Wang (IT centre), go up higher via the stairs. You will reach a place where young teenagers hang out in terms of cloths, food & an open area where chinese will "shuffle" & malays will "breakdance" with a mini radio.

Anyway, japanese buffet for RM30 per person - selected sushi on a train, bbq & steamboat, teppanyaki and even soba. Not too bad, but not the best quality.

Pictures, enjoy!

Selection of everything.

I don't think the bbq "pot" was meant for steamboat. It was meant for the oil of the bbq to drip into it. Errr, roll down for after effect. Quite gross.

Quite nice to play though.

The boyfriend looking at the railway tracks.

Squeeze squeeze..Not as bad as it looks okay!

Errr, yea....The soup dried & it made me sick.

We went on the train for a ride!

Choo choooooo....

After dinner, we went for a movie at Pavillion.

BATMAN - The Dark Knight!
My tagline for the movie: Best movie of the year! (Yes, better than Iron Man)

Christian Bale as Batman (without the suit) was a hunk. With the suit, not so as his voice too deep. Heath Ledger's acting was awesome.

Conclusion: I wanted to see Batman without his suit & more of The Joker because his acting blows your mind. The beginning of the movie was a bit confusing but at the end, the story line was good.

I for one, am on The Joker's side!

Zang Toi's Fashion Show; Fall & Resort Collection

Yes, it was my first fashion show with a famous fashion designer.
Zang Toi to be more exact; a New York based Malaysian fashion designer.

The boss bought 5 of us tickets.
So on Thursday (17 July), we got a little excited because we get to dress up!

The day started off early by driving over to Sabrina's house in Bukit Jalil, parked our cars there & car-pool to work. It was a jam day due to road blocks so we arrived to work slightly late.

At 3pm, we shut down our pc's & laptop & headed to a hair saloon nearby to get our hair done! Not setting it up but just to wash & blow. Wendy had her hair cut though.
Then we got ready in the boss house. She was in Penang for work so we messed her house & scared the crap out of her cat! Poor thing.

Me & sharmini did our hair first so we got ready super early & cam whored while waiting for the rest.

Me & Jess in the car. Her eyes is so damn big compared to my "sepet" eyes.

The driver, Sabrina & co-pilot Sharmini who had us laughing the entire way due to her... ahhh... jokes?

The passengers! Jess, me & Wendy

The runway

I took horrible pictures! But the first set of his dresses was nice!

Then after this, they off the lights! So I couldn't capture anymore pictures

When they all came walking out.

Zang Toi the man!

We could have taken picture with him but we were too lazy to wait around for our turn.

So, great experience! Best thing was we got to look around at people's dresses for the night which some was gorgeous.

Shopping makes you go crazy..& broke!

I is a happy girl - after shopping therapy

The mega sale is back. Me & Wifey went to KL for shopping on Saturday. Left the house at 11am, reached KL at 12am & left KL at 6pm. 6 hours till the legs literally "died" BUT it was good. Well better for the wife because she bought twice triple the amount of stuffs I did.

I wanted to search for a dress for my brother's wedding in October but its either it was too damn expensive or it was too damn ugly.

At the end of the day, I bought 2 tops, 1 vest & a dress. A dress for the boyfriend's graduation ceremony next month.

I love it! Every girls needs a Little Black Dress right? & I didn't event spend this much on my own graduation dress!

Happy shoppers!

The next day after church, I decided to drop by Pyramid to look for a dress & I found it! At such a reasonable price as well!

So now, I will have to look for a shoe to go with it....

The super expensive dresses I saw in Pavillion was "love" but with the budget I have, this will be my love for now.

Here fishy fishy

The current "trend": Fish Spa
It's opening everywhere & the most famous one of all is of course "Kenko" in Pavillion and MidValley.

Also known as "Doctor Fish", this little fishes called Garra Rufa exfoliate the dead skin on your feet by eating them!

Have you tried it? I really want to but haven had the urge & time to do so.

But recently, the best thing just happened! My office in Damansara Perdana is on the 2nd floor. & guess what! A fish spa opened right above us on the 4th floor!
Went to check it out the other day & the place looks really classy. Best thing is, the are having a promotion now. RM30 for not 1 but 2 person for 1/2 hour!

One of this days, after work....

I heard that this was previously offered in Japan but the fishes originated from a hot spring in Turkey though. In some places, you can dip your entire body into a pool fill with this fishes. But be careful, remember to cover up some parts of your body.

But imagine yourself in a pool fill with this tiny fishes, sharing with many others & dead skin floating everywhere. Ewww...

Anyway, anyone interested? Give me a ring!

Happy Bday to the Sis

H A P P Y  B I R T H D A
to the sister

for being someone for me to seek advise, gossip, share our secrets, irritate, find food with when the parents "ditch" us...& of course for providing a wardrobe for me to raid (i think you raid mine more!). Still love you though.

My sis favourite character is "PUCCA"! (for some odd reason)
& coincidently, Pucca is also born on July 7! (she only found out after going crazy for her)

Have You Ever?

Have you ever just want to be around people to forget about your sadness?
Have you ever force to put a smile on your face just to look perfect for the world but deep inside your dying?
Have you ever sit quietly in the corner of your room and go through moments of "I wish I was......"?
Have you ever thought what the future will be like for you?
Have you ever cry yourself to sleep & do not know why?

.....................I have but then again, who hasn't?
